no, what would be the diffrence......just a box on the screen people could care less that your check is red and just go out, just like they do when you say not ready......and like I said before if ur red check prevents people from zoning than i agree it should be added

What does everyone else think about this? I suppose this would be alot more beneficial with the system of the checkbox.

A good idea but i dont think its necessary. It would just be a waste of time to implement that into the game. People should just have their skills set up before they enter a group. besides people will be oblivious and not use it just like the Party Search

/halfsigned for a good idea but not really all that necessary, and maybe some wont think to use it

can i try to change your mind?

Liberation:Sure

ok (lol) People wonder off near portals, mental people witch most of the time is half of a group(lol) stand next to the portal to see how close they get, now people like this are average day moes, and when you got a hard quest, quest from lets say gates of torment.....ya......people need a stradigy and to get that stradigy you need a little time....I dont know why but lost of people have little patients, like leroy(ugh leroy....) is a perfect example.

also since this is only with quest i shall add suggestions. The color of team talk shall become a bright color like yellow to attract people so if you are in a countdown telling people to stop the countdown for a mission they will have acess to seeing those words better......everyone is attracted to bright colors

and for the quest, if you have it clicked the check box shows up and u green it if you are ready, and that goes for all the party members if a ......lets say leroy trys to zone it will force him back sending a red messige saying not all players are ready yet.

I like them both but the one we need more than the other is the color of team talk.......what do you think Liberation?

Liberation: o man Tide to Go, you have changed my ways Now i understand Drakes idea with your add ons, its so clear thank you(lol)

you are very welcome im glad you understand.

In addition to this good idea, make it so that only the leader can walk through portals or start missions. If you group up with a team, you shouldn't have the ability to start the mission by talking to an NPC or screwing them up by leaving. That's just stupid.

/Signed for sure.

When I enter a group on my Ritualist and realize there's already a Communal, I want to switch to Restoration. This would let me do that without worries of the leader throwing me into the mission with half Communal skills and half Restoration skills.

No to a forced block though. It should be just to make it easier for the Party Leader to tell if everyone is ready.

The Party Leader should be allowed to "go" even if not everyone "clicks their ready checkbox".

You say "but the Team shouldn't start if everyone isn't ready!"

I say, this is a good opportunity for a team to figure out whether they have a crap party leader or not. Best to know as early as possible - then you can start looking for a new party before wasting too much time. This way everyone else knows the monk dropped for a good reason (stupid leader). One impatient team member can kill the whole party.

Also if you have a small team, and the Party leader sees that everyone has already said ready, no point wasting time forcing everyone to click those checkboxes.

Anyone else agree this should be an important feature? This one is reasonable and realistic unlike 90% of the suggestions on these forums...

One of the better idea's on the forum in my opinion. A very small update to get rid of a very annoying PUG ritual: "Ready?" Not everyone reacts... and the party leader still ventures into the portal...

Uhmmm Checkbox ok /signed, even dough the system is used in WoW and mostly used to annoy players in the middle of the PvP rather than used properly.

/signed for sure. I can't stand it when I join a party and immediately they hit the 'Enter Battle" button, and before you can protest you're thrown into the mission/battle.

Also, there have been a number of times when I have joined a party, and while waiting for it to fill up something else has come up and I need to leave, but before I can leave the leader takes it as we're all ready. Then I have to abandon the party and I get PMd to death by the other members :/

If this was a system where you couldnt leave a city and enter an instance, start a quest or mission unless everyone in the team had ticked the box, then...

/signed.

....the obvious benefit it would stop people running into missions and quests when whole team isnt rdy. Plus it might cut down on leachers who just go afk before it starts.
